Our founder
My HR Hub is a multi-award-winning HR and Business Consultancy founded by Chartered Fellow CIPD member, Rebecca Bull.
Rebecca created My HR Hub in 2016, driven by a strong desire to support SMEs with their unique HR and Business needs, to ensure they succeed in their growth journeys and become great places to work whilst doing so. My HR Hub was the first of it’s kind in the UK and trial blazed the way that HR is delivered to SME’s, start up, fast growth businesses and Charities.
Rebecca saw opportunity whilst in Corporate ‘cash rich’ businesses, that the need for great HR was also need in smaller businesses (but they probably just did not know it and also think they could afford it). Rebecca spent a year with just £500 of her own savings, to create the first of it’s kind HR service model for smaller businesses working alongside 1st class partners.
The launch of My HR Hub on 1st May 2016 was a risk, with only a few clients and heading into the unknown, Rebecca worked tirelessly educating small businesses to ensure they knew they could become ‘employers of choice’ on a budget. My HR Hub has since grown year on year and now supports businesses across the UK and Internationally and has won numerous awards for the difference we have made to small businesses and Charities in the UK.
