Line Manager HR Training
We know most Line Managers are ‘promoted’ to managing teams because they are good at their job and specialism. This does not always mean they know how to manage people. The large majority of ‘HR issues’ we have come from Managers now knowing how to manage certain situations and sadly ending up in a bit of a pickle. This is where we come in. All of our training courses can be bespoken for your business needs and we can deliver this on-site or remotely in an interactive way – ensuring follow-up and real-life learning situations.
My HR Club
My HR Club launched in 2018 and was the first of its kind in the UK. Our unique HR club is designed to support business owners, HR and Line Managers in start-ups, small businesses and Charities. It is an affordable, accessible way to upskill those in need of ‘HR know-how’ and knowledge.
Members get exclusive access to expert-led Zoom Workshops every month. These exclusive HR and Management Development workshops explore a range of topics, from Employment Law, managing people, health and safety for home workers and so much more! If you’re too busy to attend, all workshops are also recorded and can be accessed on-demand! We love giving, so all our retained clients have unlimited access for everyone in the business. Our cost-effective memberships give you full access to all workshops, the HR Portal and a HR call each month.
Psychometrics and Personality Profiling
We use a variety of products from TMS wheel and SHL/CEB products. These tools can give you and your employees brilliant insight to help improve self-awareness, team collaboration, leadership and management capability and overall business performance.
From quick snapshots into personality and behaviour to in-depth change projects, we can offer something to suit all budgets. We are fully qualified (British Psychological Society) to select, administer and feedback psychometric tools for candidates, individuals, teams, managers and leaders.
