Rebecca Bull

Chartered Fellow CIPD member Rebecca Bull founded My HR Hub in 2016, driven by a strong desire to support SME’s with their unique HR and Business needs. Rebecca is passionate about working with SME’s to ensure they succeed in their growth journeys and become great places to work whilst doing so.

With over 25 years’ HR and Business Management experience, Rebecca has helped many businesses – including FMCG’s, family businesses, start up’s, fast growths and global household names and Creative Industries turn their workplaces into people focused, compliant, engaging, great places to work.

Rebecca’s hard work and passion has seen My HR Hub go on to win multiple business awards, including the East Midlands Women in Business Award, Best Small Business of the Year, Best Professional Services UK Award and Outstanding Fellow at Nottingham Trent University. 

In her free time, Rebecca loves spending time with her daughters and wider family and friends, being creative, including gardening and floristry and spending time in beautiful scenery walking with her beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog Poppy. Rebecca lived overseas in Switzerland so has a 'wanderlust' from an early age, so loves travelling overseas to see her family and exploring new places near and far.

Rachael Moyers

Rachael Moyers joined the team in May 2020 and was the very first addition to the My HR Hub and My HR Club team. Rebecca and Rachael go back years – Rachael’s first-ever HR manager was Rebecca! They have both kept in touch with each other ever since then and when the time came to bring another person on board, Rebecca knew Rachael would be the perfect fit.

With over 15 years of HR experience across a variety of industries, including the creative, manufacturing, housing and the charitable sector; Rachael manages many of My HR Hub’s retained clients alongside undertaking project work, supporting Rebecca with business development and much more.

Rachael is Level 7 CIPD qualified and also holds a Level 3 coaching qualification, meaning not only does she have a great depth of knowledge and expertise in HR, but she can also empower people to achieve their goals.  

Rachael is an unashamed crazy cat lady and lets her 12-year-old tortoiseshell Rusty rule the roost at home. She’s also a big foodie and lover of exercise: when she’s not trying out different cuisines, Rachael enjoys strength training in the gym, doing Pilates and going for walks in nature.

Maisie is a 2nd year student at Salford University, studying Fashion. Maisie is also our part-time Marketing and PR Assistant at My HR Hub and manages our events and photography/images.

Maisie is a keen rower and is also a qualified Sports Coach from Loughborough, so you can find her training youngsters at Salford Quays Rowing Club. Maisie is a lover of travel, and loves spending time with her friends and walking her Bernese Mountain Dog, Poppy. Maisie loves Chinese food and makes a mean Carbonara from scratch.

Tilly Espin

Tilly was My HR Hub’s 1st employee and Graduated recently with BA Hons from Nottingham Business School in Digital Marketing. Tilly helped set up many of our Marketing activities from managing the Club and our members as well as experimenting with all things Digital including a Chatbot!

Tilly is our freelance Digital Marketing Coordinator at My HR Hub and works full time in a wonderful Charity as their Social Media Co-ordinator.

In her free time, Tilly loves cooking, travelling and exploring new places, racket sports and her beautiful mountain dog Poppy!

Jade Johnson

Jade from Saint Associates is our Marketing expert; there’s little that Jade doesn’t know when it comes to delivering projects on time, on budget, and with satisfaction guaranteed.

A natural communicator and stickler for detail, Jade has spent the last four years at Saint Associates, immersing herself in her clients’ businesses. Perceptive with a capital P, she applies her understanding of each client’s unique challenges and goals to develop tailored strategies that resonate with target audiences and contribute towards improved business performance. She’s a digital marketing whiz with expertise spanning design and videography through to social media management, strategy development, data analysis, and content implementation. She’s also a dab hand at building impactful marketing plans around bespoke business needs and bringing client projects to life through expert guidance from concept right through to execution and evaluation.

Poppy

Poppy is beautiful our Bernese Mountain Dog – a Swiss breed and ever present in our office chilling on the sofa! Poppy is adorable and our 3rd Bernese. She loves everyone, is a gentle giant and loves nothing more than walks in the woods, cuddles and of course food ☺ Her favourite being salmon, cauliflower cheese and veg!

Rusty

Rusty plays a vital role in providing entertainment and judgement (in equal measures) during My HR Hub and My HR Club meetings and workshops.

She rules the roost at home (Rachael would agree) but prefers to take more of a background role in her day-to-day duties.

Rusty also provides a very valuable service for Rachael – informing her of when it’s time for breakfast, lunch and dinner – making sure she never misses a mealtime – how thoughtful!

Ruth Latham

Ruth Latham has newly joined the team in December 2024; she’s looking forward to supporting clients with HR projects and retained business and helping Rebecca with business development activities, too. Ruth has a broad HR-generalist and recruitment background; having almost 20 years of experience across the creative, FMCG, retail, data analysis and tech startup sectors. She’s supported with a wide variety of HR projects from system rollouts, to restructures, to developing a performance improvement culture and employee engagement surveys.

Somewhat of an anomaly in the world of HR, Ruth loves numbers and data, having earned a degree in maths at university, and enjoys helping businesses to understand and gain insight from their data to save time and money and make better choices about their people needs.

As well as being Level 7 CIPD qualified, Ruth is additionally qualified as a Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner and is an accredited mental health first aider, allowing her to empathetically support in challenging situations.

Ruth is also passionate about travel, food and wine, to the extent that she gained a level 2 certification in Wines from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust! In her spare time, you’ll often find her trying out a new restaurant or wine bar or planning her next trip with her husband to somewhere with great food and drinks!
