My HR Hub offers Employment Law and legal advice to small businesses from day one – this is our bread and butter. We advise on every aspect of Employment Law covering the whole employee life cycle from writing legally compliant adverts to managing the complexities of exiting employees.

We can help you by producing legally drafted contracts of employment (where none exist) or a review of your contracts so that they are legally compliant.

Employee handbooks are a great way of providing information to employees on all employment issues, including how the company operates and the standards and procedures in place. As a small business owner, you need to be clear on what your ‘company rules’ are in order to manage your employees well from the beginning. We have lots of experience in tailoring your culture, vision and ways of working to company handbooks, ensuring that all current employment law is also reflected. We also offer management training on the handbook as your managers will be the first point of call for addressing and driving employee performance.

We can offer you support in all the administration that comes with employing a new starter, for example, reference and background checking, right to work in the UK legal checks as well as the long list that needs to be ticked off before you can start on their induction. We can help you create your inductions too!
