Rebecca created My HR Hub in 2016, driven by a strong desire to support SMEs with their unique HR and Business needs, to ensure they succeed in their growth journeys and become great places to work whilst doing so.

My HR Hub offers cost-effective, bespoke HR and business solutions for SME’s, start up, fast growth businesses and Charities and we pride ourselves on having been the first HR consultancy in the UK to provide bespoke ‘pick and mix’ HR solutions to small, medium, and fast-growing businesses.
The team provide a unique bespoke package of HR support and guidance to each and every one of our clients, and our range of services and flexible business model ensures we are able to do so.
Our services include hourly project work (pay as you go), mini and full retainers, My HR Club and projects (for new clients without retainers).
We are fully insured for all work undertaken and all our clients are fully claim and tribunal-free since working with us.
